Only a few ingredients? No problem! how I turned just 240g of chicken wings, garlic, chili, coriander, and my universal Thai stir-fry sauce into a mouthwatering Thai dish — perfect for anyone with a small kitchen or limited time.

🍽️ How to make this easy Thai stir-fry chicken:

Cut chicken into small pieces for faster cooking.

Chop garlic and chili finely, then stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the chicken and stir-fry until it starts to brown.

Add a bit of water, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the water is mostly reduced.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of stir-fry sauce (not heaping), stir to coat until the sauce becomes glossy and coats the meat.

Toss in chopped coriander, turn off the heat, and serve with hot steamed rice.
